Delicious tas kebab

- pork neck - 1 kg
- carrots - 1 pc.
- garlic - 5 cloves
- onion - 1 head
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- white wine - 200 ml
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 pinch
- bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- brashno - 1 tbsp.

- butter - 2 tbsp.
- saffron - 1 pinch

- rice - 1 cup
- lemons - 1 tbsp juice
- water - 4 cups

Method · 1 h 30 min
- For this delicious tas kebab, cut the meat into small bites and sear it on all sides in hot oil.
- Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic and add them to the meat along with the bay leaf.
- Fry and when the vegetables are soft, pour in the wine. Let it simmer over low heat until the wine evaporates.
- Add the tomato puree, black and red pepper and 500 ml of water.
- Dissolve the flour in a little water and pour it into the dish. Stir and add salt to taste. Let the pork kebab simmer under a lid on low heat until cooked.
- Mashed potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and boil them in salted water with a pinch of saffron.
- Mash the boiled potatoes with 100 ml of the broth and salt to taste. Add the butter and mix.
- White rice:
- Finely chop the onion and fry it in a little oil. Add the rice and stir.
- Once the rice changes color slightly, squeeze in a little fresh lemon juice so the rice stays very white.
- Pour 4 cups of boiling water, a little salt and a pinch of black pepper. When the water boils, turn off the heat and leave the rice covered until the water is absorbed.
- The delicious tas kebab is served with boiled rice.
