Broccoli and ham quiche

Here's a recipe for broccoli quiche. My favorite quiche, ideal for using up leftover cheese from a meal, for example. You can use other cheeses such as Camembert, feta, or even goat cheese.

Ingredients · Servings 5 people
  • 1 unit puff pastry
  • 1 unit broccoli
  • 2 egg units
  • 20 cl light whipping cream
  • 200g cheese (here a piece of brie and a small block of comté)
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • cell
  • pepper
  • paprika (for the color)
Method · 5 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets for 10 minutes. In a food processor, combine the cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and cheese pieces.
  3. Line the mold with the pastry. Cover the bottom with the ham and place the broccoli on top.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over everything. Sprinkle with paprika for a nice color.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Puff pastry (1 unit)
  • Broccoli 1 unit
  • Egg 2 units
