Vietnamese iced coffee

Vietnamese iced coffee, or cà phê đá. A super easy and quick recipe for iced coffee. After the Dalgona coffee hype on the internet, we thought it would be fun to try other iced coffee recipes as well. And that is how we came up with this Vietnamese iced coffee.

Well, it's actually very simple. You add some condensed milk to an espresso, give it a quick stir, add ice, and your Vietnamese iced coffee is ready. You can hardly call it a recipe. Think of it more as inspiration for a delicious iced coffee. And that is what I prefer to drink on warm days anyway. I just love coffee. However, when it is this hot, I often find regular coffee too hot. That is when iced coffee is a real godsend. We have several iced coffee recipes online. Including the popular Dalgona coffee [This link opens in a new tab], but also a vegan iced coffee [This link opens in a new tab], a classic iced coffee [This link opens in a new tab], and a frappuccino recipe [This link opens in a new tab]. And of course, the Greek frappé [This link opens in a new tab] shouldn't be missing from this list. Save this recipe for Vietnamese iced coffee to your favorites so you always have it at hand.
