Stuffed Turkish bread

I have another delicious snack ready for you. The recipe for stuffed Turkish bread. Yum! Normally, I serve Turkish bread with some tasty dips, such as tzatziki, feta dip, or hummus. But you can also fill the bread with all kinds of tasty things. I’m choosing a mixture of feta and spinach; always a good choice!

Ingredients for 1 stuffed Turkish bread: 1 Turkish bread, 200 g feta, 300 g spinach, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 0.5 chili pepper, salt, olive oil.

Here's how to make it. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (fan-assisted).

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Finely chop the chili pepper (without seeds).

Sauté the garlic, onion, and chili pepper in a wok or frying pan with some olive oil.

Add the spinach and stir-fry until wilted. Season with salt.

Drain the spinach in a sieve and mix it with the feta.

Hollow out the Turkish bread. Do not throw away the bread scraps, but use them for dipping.

Fill the bread with the spinach-feta mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the bread immediately, with the leftovers for dipping. You can also cut it into wedges and serve it as is.
