Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Los Cabos with guest chef dinners
At the Zadún resort, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, rotating dinners with guest chefs elevate Mexican and international haute cuisine.
Zadún is nestled among the dunes of the Puerto Los Cabos coast and features 113 suites and villas seamlessly integrated into the landscape. It has received Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond awards, and combines personalized service with intimate settings that celebrate local culture and flavors.
Gastronomy is one of its main focuses. Throughout the year, the resort organizes dinners with guest chefs in an intimate setting, overlooking the Sea of Cortez.
One of the most notable collaborations was with Criollo, the acclaimed Oaxacan restaurant run by Enrique Olvera and Luis Arellano. It combined ancestral techniques with contemporary creativity, resulting in dishes such as a minilla tamale with plantain and a ribeye steak with black mole.
In addition to its Alkemia spa, the resort offers guided explorations of the region's ecosystems through the Jean-Michel Cousteau Environment Ambassadors program.
Zadún continues to offer these experiences, and its calendar includes new proposals from renowned chefs and emerging talents.
