- only proven recipes - the most popular no-bake cakes and cheesecakes - a choice of more traditional and modern recipes

No-bake cakes

Below is a list of recipes for simple and delicious no-bake cakes and cheesecakes. Some are perfect for summer, while others are more suitable for winter, for the holidays, or even for a child's birthday. A good no-bake cake recipe is perfect not only for those who avoid baked cakes, but also for those who simply don't have an oven or love experimenting in the kitchen. I've divided the sweets so that it's easier to find cheesecakes and cakes with sponge cakes or crackers.

No-bake cakes made with biscuits

I'll start with a super popular and beloved recipe. This is a Kinder Bueno cake, which delights not only with its appearance but also with its taste. By replacing the biscuits with sponge cake, the cake can even be served as a birthday cake. Stored in the refrigerator, it stays fresh for a very long time.

Pipeline cake is a very modern and incredibly interesting cake. It's truly delicious and incredibly easy to make. Inside, you place wafer rolls in your favorite flavor. It's a cake worth making at least once.

Another unusual and spectacular cake is the iceberg cake. Here, we use champagne delicacies, and the base is made with chocolate biscuits. Topped with a delicious custard cream. I even make this dessert for holidays and other special occasions.

This list also includes a delicious nut cake.

This no-bake Snickers cake is a truly unique dessert. It's made with peanut butter and caramel. I guarantee you won't be able to stop at just one piece.

Homemade

The 3-bit biscuit cake, with a delicious custard filling, a whipped cream ptasy (Ptak Mlötchen) filling, and the best apricot filling ever, is another hit from years ago. There was a time when I made it every week.

If I have already mentioned recipes for no-bake cakes that are well-known and popular, I cannot forget about my favorite in this category.

Kinder country cake with a delicate lemon note in the filling and puffed wheat has already conquered many palates.

Baba Yaga's Hut is a fantastic cake that we always make using biscuits. Contrary to appearances, it's actually quite simple to make.

No-bake cheesecakes

I'll start with typical cold cheesecakes, meaning those that actually contain ground cottage cheese. Cold cottage cheese cheesecake has been my favorite lately. You can use any seasonal fruit to make it. It's delicious.

This cold pistachio cheesecake is a cheesecake you won't want to miss. It tastes and looks amazing.

Cold-baked cheesecake made with cream cheese is the most popular no-bake cheesecake recipe. I make it with vanilla cream cheese. I top it with fruit and jelly. I also often serve it as a birthday cake.

This cold-baked cheesecake with white chocolate and strawberries is incredibly delicate and unique. For a no-bake cheesecake, it has a unique, foamy texture. And the taste? Indescribable. I encourage you to make it.

Cold cheesecake with gooseberries is a very nice and very seasonal recipe. This cheesecake is both sweet and tart. If you have gooseberries in your garden, it's worth making this delicious dessert.

This cold mascarpone cheesecake is absolutely gorgeous. I usually make it with raspberries, but you can also easily mix small strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. It's one of the first desserts to disappear from the table.

This no-bake pumpkin cheesecake with an Oreo cookie base is a no-bake cheesecake I usually make in the fall, when pumpkin cream soup becomes the most popular soup at home. I recommend this interesting and truly delicious no-bake cheesecake.

I make this cold blueberry cheesecake without a crust, or I layer banana slices on top. Instead of cottage cheese, I use ricotta cheese and heavy cream. It's a very pleasant-tasting cake.

Fried egg cake, or cold cheesecake with jelly and halved canned peaches or apricots. It resembles a fried egg and tastes like the most delicious cold cheesecake. It's always a hit at Easter.

Cheesecake, like yellow cheese, is a culinary curiosity. It's made with just a few ingredients. No base, just four ingredients, including addictively delicious mango pulp.

Quick cakes without baking

In the third category, no-bake cakes, I've included various desserts. Some have no-bake bases, others don't use cottage cheese, and others are very interesting cakes that were harder to categorize, but I think they're worth sharing.

As my first and most important recipe, I must share Tiramisu. Everyone knows this Italian cake. It's made for special occasions, such as big celebrations, or, conversely, for romantic dinners and anniversaries.

It's also worth trying

No-bake Napoleon cake. I serve this cake on slightly salty crackers, but you can also use biscuits. It's quick and easy to make. It's perfect with morning coffee.

Philadelphia cheesecake is magical. The base itself is interesting, as it's made with crackers and chocolate cream. Philadelphia cheesecake can be made year-round, because you can use fresh cherries in season, and when cold, you can use compote.

Moist and coffee-like

Cappuccino cake is a combination of cheesecake and coffee-soaked ladyfingers. I really like it. Every time I make this dessert, it reminds me of the era when instant coffee with powdered milk was first available in stores.

Salty crackers, coconut flakes and mascarpone cheese.

This no-bake raffaello cake comes together in a flash. It's a really great, typically winter recipe.

I must admit that

Melba cake is no longer one of the quickest no-bake cakes. However, it certainly deserves to be called one of the most interesting. It's also delicious, and it doesn't use gelatin.

Bounty Cold Cheesecake, inspired by the famous coconut bar from the TV commercial, is a sweet, juicy, and incredibly delicious dessert. This is my favorite cold coconut cheesecake with mascarpone and white or milk chocolate.

This no-bake pudding is super easy to make, tastes delicious, and looks beautiful. You can even serve it as a cake, and you can make the pudding without churning the butter.

This no-bake raspberry cloud is a shockingly delicious, beautiful, simple, and very, very popular cake. Make it once, and I guarantee you'll be making it again even outside raspberry season.

Cream cake is a beautiful no-bake cake made with just a few ingredients. The colorful jellies and delicate cheesecake-like filling will tempt any sweet tooth. The cake can be made in any pan, even a glass bowl.

Karpatka with puff pastry is a no-bake cake that will appeal not only to children. The recipe is incredibly simple, and the dessert itself is delicious and easy to make.

Foam is a huge hit in 2023. Foam is made from just your favorite jelly and boiling water. Simply blend it until it puffs up and looks like a colorful cloud. Check out this super simple recipe.

No-bake apple pie is my autumn favorite. Made with milk-soaked ladyfingers, a delicate layer of roasted apples, velvety whipped cream, and crunchy almond flakes, it's a true delight for the palate.

This no-bake cracker cake is not only a wonderful combination of flavors, but also an incredibly easy dessert to make. This recipe is perfect for many occasions. I highly recommend it!
