Chocolate salami, coffee and amaretti biscuits

  • 100 g Butter
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Coffee
  • 50 g bitter cocoa powder
  • 100 g dark chocolate

First, melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.

Coarsely chop the biscuits and amaretti and transfer them to a bowl. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped almonds.

We combine the now lukewarm chocolate and butter mixture with the coffee that you have prepared and allowed to cool.

Mix well and transfer the mixture onto baking paper.

We shape it into the classic salami shape, seal it and transfer it to the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

Then we sprinkle with powdered sugar, add the string to give it the salami effect and we're ready to enjoy it!
