Savory pie with sausage, potatoes and scamorza cheese

Peel the potatoes and place them in the pressure cooker with a pinch of salt until done. Then, dice them and set aside.

Clean the parsley and finely chop it with a knife, then add it to the previously prepared potatoes, along with a pinch of salt, pepper, grated cheese, the sausages (cut into small pieces), and a drizzle of oil. Stir the mixture into the bowl and set aside.

Now cut the scamorza and pizza mozzarella into cubes.

Prepare the shortcrust pastry by piercing the base with a fork in several places and layering the mozzarella, provola, and all the other previously prepared ingredients. Then, drizzle the mixture with olive oil and brush the edges of the pastry with egg yolk.

Bake everything at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes, and when it's ready, enjoy this simple yet delicious cake. Enjoy!
