Chocolate cake recipe with strawberry topping - easy and without a blender or mixer, submitted by Luis Rossi

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Ingredients · Servings 15
  • Mass
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of oil
  • 1 cup warm/hot milk
  • 1 cup of chocolate powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Coverage
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 carton of heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of strawberry Nesquik
  • chocolate sprinkles to taste
Method · 50 min
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a large bowl or container, place the eggs, sugar, oil, and chocolate powder and mix well.
  3. Add the milk and mix well.
  4. Add the wheat flour and mix well.
  5. Add the yeast and mix.
  6. Place the mixture in a greased and floured round or rectangular baking pan (not too large) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
  7. Remove from the oven and cut into pieces to be served, but leave in the pan.
  8. To make the topping, place the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  9. While still warm, pour over the cake, let it cool slightly, and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
