Sourdough bread
4 sheets
Chopped parsley, grated mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese for garnish.
Equipment: Air fryer, aluminum foil.
To make garlic butter, cut open the garlic cloves. Place the garlic in aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, wrap tightly, and bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes, or until the garlic is soft.
Squeeze the garlic from its peel. Crush the softened, roasted garlic until smooth and creamy. Add the butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, black pepper, and chopped chili peppers. Mix well.
Spread the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly over the bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley. Bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Slice the bread into bite-sized pieces and eat it while it's hot.
