Bonenchili met guacamole
This simple dish is ideal for a weekday. A heartwarming dish that everyone enjoys.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 red peppers
- 1.2 kg canned beans
- 1.2 kg canned diced tomatoes
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 1 tl oregano
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 50 g tomato puree
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper

- 3 ripe avocados
- lime juice
- 1 handful coriander
- 1 rode ui
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 tomato
- salt and pepper
- Chop the onion. Finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- First, select the searing function on the Russell Hobbs Satisfry Air & Grill Multicooker, add the oil, and close the lid.
- After 1-2 minutes, add the chopped onions and fry for 2-3 minutes until softened and lightly browned. Toss occasionally.
- Add the garlic and red pepper and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Next, stir in the chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and oregano. Turn off the sear function and stir in the rest of the ingredients, except for the sour cream.
- Select the low slow cook setting. Set it for a cooking time of 4 hours.
- Serve with rice or a baked potato. Finish with a dollop of sour cream guacamole and garnish with fresh coriander.
- Finely chop the coriander, onion, tomato, and chili pepper.
- Peel the avocados. Mash finely and mix in the coriander, onion, and chili pepper.
- Season with lime, salt, and pepper.
