1/20 cup Vodka

1/5 tablespoon Lemon Juice

1/10 teaspoon Hot Sauce

1/20 teaspoon Black Pepper

0.03 teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, hot sauce, black pepper, and salt.

STEP 2.Stir well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

STEP 3.Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

STEP 4.Once the sorbet reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
