Prepare a delicious stuffed avocado with this recipe in just a few minutes

Stuffed avocado is a light and versatile dish that you can make if you have little time.

The avocado is an ancient fruit consumed by millions of people worldwide for its many benefits, especially the Hass variety, a favorite among Peruvians for its flavor and texture, as well as its numerous nutritional properties and health benefits. It helps control diabetes because it regulates blood sugar. INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix in a bowl the tomatoes, peas, bell pepper, yellow chili pepper, washed and drained onion, garlic and cilantro.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then add the tuna steak, lemon juice, and oil. Stir all the ingredients together.
  • Cut the avocados in half, peel them, and remove the pit. Place each half on a plate, season with salt and pepper, and fill with the prepared mixture. Garnish with lettuce.

TIPS

  • Pour lemon juice over the avocados to prevent them from oxidizing.
