La mejor técnica para hacer una tortilla francesa perfecta, SIN HUEVO CRUDO (VIDEO)

La tortilla francesa es un plato clásico y muy apreciado en el desayuno en todo el mundo.

The French omelette is a classic and much-loved breakfast dish around the world.

Due to its high nutritional value and low cost, the egg is a staple food in our homes. The egg is a nutrient-rich food, providing a high amount of protein with essential amino acids for the human body.

In fact, it includes significant levels of vitamin A, crucial for cellular metabolism; vitamin D, essential for bone development; vitamin B2, which promotes growth; and vitamin B12, necessary for red blood cell production. It also contains minerals such as phosphorus, selenium, iron, iodine, and zinc. Furthermore, it serves as a source of both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, as well as compounds that facilitate lipid metabolism, and biotin, beneficial for skin health.

However, we often don't know how to take advantage of its versatility and consume it in uncreative ways. Therefore, we present this French omelet recipe so you can enjoy it for breakfast or whenever you prefer.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are well combined. Season with salt.
  • Melt a tablespoon of butter over low heat in a non-stick frying pan. Spread the melted butter over the entire surface.
  • Add the beaten eggs. Stir with a silicone spatula. Let the still-raw eggs run to the edges and into any gaps. Make sure the base is cooked (but not browned) and the surface is moist: the eggs should be creamy, not raw.
  • Fold the omelet into three parts.
  • Transfer to a plate and add a little butter for shine.
  • Scatter finely chopped parsley.
