Prepare the brine by dissolving the salt in the water.
Place the bacon in the brine and refrigerate for at least one hour.
After that time, cut the bacon, dry well with paper towels and place it in a suitable container.
For the dressing, infuse the oil with the garlic at a low temperature.
Brush the bacon with the infused oil, add rosemary sprigs and sprinkle with coarse salt.
Cook in the microwave using the Samsung browning function according to the selected settings and time intervals. Once cooked, brown using the microwave rack.
For the side dish, boil the baby potatoes and sauté them with the same infused oil and rosemary. Cut the vegetables for the salad, add lemon, salt, and olive oil.
Serve the bacon and accompany with the cocktail potatoes and salad.
