No-bake Cranberry Energy Bites w/ Peanut Butter

This is a guilt-free and easy-to-make sweet treat loaded with vitamins and healthy fats. It’s the perfect snack to boost your energy while on the road, hiking, or any other activity.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 125 g cranberries
  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 80 g dates
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 30 g nuts
Method · 15 min
  1. Place all the ingredients in a Thermomix bowl and ground them for 15 seconds on speed 7. If using a blender, use maximum speed.
  2. Shape the mixture into balls by hand and refrigerate for an hour and a half til they harden.
  3. These will keep for up to 10 days refrigerated in a lidded container.

They only take 10-15 minutes to prepare, but you’ll need a Thermomix or a good blender.
