1 tbsp of oil from Marion’s Kitchen Garlic chilli crisp

1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese

Spice Mix:

3 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp onion powder

½ tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp sea salt

Fresh Tomato Salsa:

250g cherry tomatoes, sliced

1 jalapeño chilli, finely chopped
