Minervino is preparing for the 31st Cardoncello Mushroom Festival: applications are now open
The Cardoncello Mushroom Festival returns to Minervino Murge, now in its 31st year, one of the most anticipated events dedicated to the Murgia region's iconic product.
Naturally, the cardoncello mushroom remains at the center, not only as a culinary product, but as an element capable of telling the story of Minervino Murge and the Murgia region. This is also reflected in the decision to pay greater attention to the quality and consistency of the offerings presented during the event, highlighting producers, food service providers, agri-food businesses, and artisans.
Applications to participate in the 31st edition of the Festival are officially open today. Interested parties can consult the new regulations and submit their applications using the online form provided by the Pro Loco. Applications will then be evaluated by the organization according to the procedures and criteria set forth in the regulations. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM on October 6, 2026.
