Roast chicken wrap for the Oktoberfest buffet: Simple, quick & delicious

Ingredients

  • 4 Hähnchenbrustfilets (à ca. 120 g)
  • 2 EL Pflanzenöl
  • 2 TL Paprikapulver, geräuchert
  • Salz, Pfeffer aus der Mühle
  • 1 rote Zwiebel
  • 4 Blätter Endiviensalat
  • 3-4 Stiele Petersilie
  • 200 g körniger Frischkäse (Hüttenkäse)
  • 1 EL Zitronensaft
  • 4 Weizentortillafladen (Ã ca. 70 g)
  • Zesten von 1 Bio-Zitrone
Method · 25 min
  1. ähnchenbrust trocken tupfen und in Streifen schneiden. In einer Pfanne im erhitzten Öl in ca. 10 Min. rundherum goldbraun braten. Mit Paprikapulver, Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Leicht abkühlen lassen.
  2. Zwiebel abziehen, halbieren und in schmale Spalten schneiden. Salat und Petersilie abbrausen, trocken schütteln, Salat in feine Streifen schneiden und die Petersilienblätter abzupfen. Hüttenkäse mit Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer verrühren und abschmecken.
  3. Tortillafladen mit Hüttenkäse bestreichen. Mit Zwiebeln, Salat und Petersilie bestreuen und mit den gebratenen Hähnchenstreifen belegen. Mit Zitronenzesten bestreuen und aufrollen. Nach Belieben in Servietten oder Butterbrotpapier gewickelt servieren.

  • 4 Hähnchenbrustfilets (approx. 120 g)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 leaves of endive salad
  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Weizentortillafladen (approx. 70 g)
  • Zest of 1 organic lemon

preparation

  • Pat the chicken breast dry and cut into strips. Fry in a pan with heated oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  • Peel and halve the onion, then cut it into thin wedges. Rinse the lettuce and parsley, shake dry, finely shred the lettuce, and pick the parsley leaves. Mix the cottage cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and season to taste.
  • Spread tortillas with cottage cheese. Sprinkle with onions, lettuce, and parsley, then top with the fried chicken strips. Sprinkle with lemon zest and roll up. Serve wrapped in napkins or parchment paper, if desired.
