Brazi Bites answers demand for gluten-free chocolate waffle
PORTLAND, OR — Brazi Bites, a Latin-inspired, better-for-you foods brand, expanded its frozen breakfast portfolio with gluten-free Chocolate Chip Waffles. The new flavor builds on the brand’s Brazilian Cheese Bread-inspired waffle range, which is formulated to provide a crisp exterior and soft, fluffy interior.

The Chocolate Chip variety features a chocolate-forward flavor profile and includes tapioca flour, cocoa powder and chocolate chips. Each serving boasts 5 grams of complete protein, positioning the product as a breakfast, snacking or dessert option.
“Adding Chocolate Chip Waffles, which has been our most-requested flavor for years, just made sense,” Lortie added.
Brazi Bites Chocolate Chip Waffles are available in the frozen section at select regional retailers at an SRP of $4.99-$5.99 for a 7.4-ounce box. Additional distribution is expected.
