Sullivan's Steakhouse Adds More Value with Happy Hour Bites Menu
Sullivan’s Steakhouse is expanding its Happy Hour Bar Bites menu as the upscale dining brand looks to offer guests more accessible price points.
The revamped menu, which launched Aug. 25, adds a $25 tier to Sullivan’s existing $10, $15, and $20 options. The additions include A5 Wagyu Nigiri with truffle ponzu, caviar, and chives; a New England Lobster Roll with North Atlantic lobster, warm butter, and house-made chips; and Shrimp Three Ways, featuring jumbo shrimp cocktail, crispy tempura shrimp, and Angry Shrimp.
Other new dishes include Lobster Pot Pie with North Atlantic lobster, cream, sherry, and puff pastry; a Pork Belly Trio with Nueske’s pork belly and three sauces; Beef Carpaccio with roasted garlic aioli, balsamic glaze, arugula, and crostini; and a Crab & Avocado Salad with jumbo lump crab, avocado, arugula, and heirloom cherry tomatoes. Several of the new Bar Bites are also available on Sullivan’s Lounge Menu, where they range from $24 to $35.
The additions are part of Sullivan’s broader “Premium Value” strategy, through which the steakhouse is focusing on providing multiple price points while maintaining its positioning around premium ingredients, preparation, service, and the overall dining experience.
