You’ll be contending with a colossal 7-pound burger made up of 1.6 pounds of beef patty, 1 pound of slow-cooked pulled pork, 1 pound of crispy buttermilk fried chicken and layers of slaw and veggies. As someone with an unabashed love for crab, I’ve been dying to get my hands on Artistry ’s Chilli Crab Burger ($25) . You won’t be disappointed by skinny, carb-heavy crab cakes here. The crab cake in this Singaporean-inspired creation is the biggest I’ve ever come across. It’s packed full of sweet, sweet crab meat and luxurious crab roe, with the thinnest coating of batter. The addictive egg-laced chilli sauce is served in a bowl on the side for dipping, so you’ll have free reign over how much sauce you want with your burger.
