Chef Julian Stowasser and his team create dishes of the highest quality. Their bold, vibrant, and elegant creations reflect a modern and multifaceted approach. Stowasser describes his style as "modern European, with a touch of intense spices and open to new ideas."
The service follows the same principles. For the manager, Michel Buder, hospitality includes "discreet treatment, expert service, and a constant presence without being intrusive." Thanks to her contacts with numerous winemakers, the head sommelier, Stefanie Hehn, has assembled an impressive selection of vintages for the wine list.
The dining room is bright, with warm white and beige tones. A large mirrored wall lets in natural light, and its spaciousness serves as a backdrop for the kitchen's creations. Lakeside seats 40 guests and a private dining room for ten can be reserved.
