Chia pudding with yogurt

Let's make a filling, low-calorie, healthy, and delicious yogurt pudding with chia seeds and raspberries using just four ingredients.

Dietary, colorful, and filling, chia pudding is a healthy and delicious addition to your daily menu. Chia seeds are known as a superfood, offering a rich source of vitamins, protein, and fiber. For comparison, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds contain more potassium, calcium, iron, and omega-3s than a serving of bananas, milk, spinach, or salmon. Chia seeds are also low in calories and can provide a long-lasting feeling of fullness, which is especially valuable during a diet. However, there's a catch. Despite all their wonderful properties, chia seeds themselves are quite tasteless, so to make a dish more palatable, be sure to pair them with ingredients with a more vibrant flavor.

In this recipe, I'd like to share with you a basic fruit chia pudding recipe. I suggest adding chia seeds to just three ingredients: raspberries, yogurt, and honey, to create a fragrant, thick, creamy, and delicate pudding that's perfect for breakfast or dessert.

All the ingredients in this recipe are easily interchangeable. Instead of raspberries, you can use any flavorful berries or fruits of your choice, both fresh and frozen. Instead of yogurt, use plant-based milk or juice. Instead of honey, use a sugar substitute or other sweetener of your choice. With minimal adjustments, you can constantly add a pleasant variety to the dessert's flavor while always having a delicious, dietary, and healthy snack on hand, packed with vitamins and beneficial micronutrients. Give it a try!
