225 g rolled oats 3 bananas 80 g raisins

How to make oatmeal and banana cookies

Start by preheating the convection oven to 180°C (350°F) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the oats and mix well until fully incorporated. Add the raisins and combine.

With slightly damp hands, take small portions of dough and shape them into balls or disks, depending on your preferred shape. Arrange them on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each cookie.

Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy around the edges. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
