Apple-apricot nutrition

It's apple season, so I cooked up a meal that my children and grandchildren love.

Ingredients · Servings
  • apples, 2-3 kg peeled
  • water, 0.75-1 l
  • vanilla, 1-2
  • granulated sugar, to taste
  • apricot compote (or other)
  • cream powder (Golden Ear), as needed
Method · 45 min
  1. Peel and quarter the apples, wash them, put them in a larger bowl and cover with water. Boil them, add vanilla and sugar according to the sweetness of the apples, and finally boil the apricots without juice or fresh. Blend the cooked mixture until smooth.
  2. Mix the golden cob into the apricot juice and cook in the mixture. If the food is thick enough, you don't need to add the golden cob.
  3. Pour the cooked food into dry jars and sterilize for 10 minutes. A delicious dessert for both adults and children.
