Negroni, David Kringlund's recipe
An Italian classic often served as an aperitif. Replace the gin with sparkling wine for a milder version called a negroni sbagliato.
Ingredients
- 2 cl gin
- 2 cl apertif bitter
- 2 cl red vermouth
Method · 5 min
- Mix the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir the drink cold.
- Strain over ice into a suitable glass and garnish with a piece of orange peel.
