Cod in creamy basil sauce

- Cook rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel and grate the garlic. Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the garlic over low heat.
- Boil the carrots for about 5 minutes. Strain the water and place the vegetables in a bowl.

- Peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Bring salted water to the boil in a saucepan.

- Serve the fish with freshly cooked rice and lightly cooked carrots.
