Mini-pizza braids
Pizza in a new format.:)
Ingredients · Servings 20–24 pieces
- 250 ml of milk
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 7 g dry yeast
- 15 g of sugar
- 5 g salt
- 400-500 g flour
- 100 g of servalata
- 200 g mozzarella
- 50 g pitted olives
- 150 g tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1 tsp dried garlic or 1-2 cloves fresh
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Method
- Warm up the milk (it should be warm, not hot).
- Add sugar.
- Add yeast.
- Mix.
- Add 100 g of flour. Mix.
- Let it rise.
- Add vegetable oil and salt to the dough.
- Mix.
- Add the remaining flour.
- Knead the dough (knead for at least 10 minutes).
- Place the dough in a bowl.
- Let it rise.
- Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater.
- Cut the cervelat into strips.
- Cut the olives.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Roll each piece into identical rectangles, approximately 25 x 35 cm.
- Grease one part of the dough with tomato sauce.
- Place the cervelat.
- Place the olives.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with the second piece of dough.
- Cut into 20-24 pieces.
- Twist each part.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil. Place the pizza on it.
- Let it rise.
- Brush with egg yolk. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
A great snack to take to work or a picnic. Kids will especially love this pizza. :)
You can use any filling, to suit your taste.
The specified amount of ingredients makes 20–24 pieces.
