What to do with carrot tops?
- For the bread dough
- 300 g Pain rassis
- 30 cl Water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 8 Basil leaves
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- Montage
- 5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 6 slices of bacon
- 3 Red bell pepper(s)
- 30g grated Comté cheese
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas Mark 6), then cut the bread into pieces with a knife. Place them in a bowl and add the water, olive oil, basil, and salt. Knead by hand and press the bread dough into the bottom of a springform pan, flattening it to the edge.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough using a spoon, then evenly distribute the red peppers, pancetta, and grated Comté cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes depending on your oven. When the crust is golden brown, carefully remove it from the pan, garnish with a few basil leaves, and enjoy your zero-waste pizza immediately!
