Homemade Hot Chocolate Sauce Recipe
Homemade hot chocolate sauce is a simple and delicious topping that can make any dessert extra special. Homemade chocolate hot fudge sauce recipe is a versatile sauce made with cream, golden syrup, chocolate and vanilla. This delicious sauce can be served with pudding, ice cream, cakes or anything.
- ½ cup Cream (125 ml)
- 125 grams Chocolate Chips
- 3 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Take golden syrup, cream, vanilla and chocolate chips in a sauce pan and heat it gently on low heat till it melts.
- Now cool it down and serve with ice cream or pudding.
The first time I had hot chocolate sauce with ice cream was at McDonald's. I remember wondering how much a warm, rich chocolate sauce could taste so good with cold vanilla ice cream.
