Wind Fritters

Stollen (Germany)
Ingredients: Flour, butter, almonds, candied fruit, sugar, spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, and icing sugar for dusting.
Preparation: The dough is mixed with fruit and almonds and baked until a dense loaf is obtained. It is then topped with powdered sugar for a sweet and festive touch.
Christmas Pudding (United Kingdom)
Ingredients: Dried fruit, brown sugar, flour, spices such as cloves and cinnamon, breadcrumbs, and a touch of alcohol (such as brandy).

King Cake (Francia)
