Mix the flours with the leavening agent, the sweetener and a pinch of salt, add oil, yogurt, orange zest and knead until you obtain a soft dough which, once ready, you will rest in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

Take the dough and roll it out not too thinly, oil and flour some tart molds, insert the dough inside and prick the pastry

Preheat the oven/air fryer to 180° and cook for approximately 20/25 minutes, remembering to place a weight inside to prevent them from forming due to the leavening effect.

Once cooked, let it cool and fill with sweetened yogurt, then decorate with strawberries (and you can also add honey or maple syrup as a topping)

The chef recommends:

For a Veg version, use soy yogurt in the dough and soy yogurt + chia seeds (which create a jelly) for the filling *for more details write to me*.
