Octopus with fried eggs

Octopus with potatoes and fried eggs is a simple, hearty and flavorful recipe, perfect for enjoying a different dish without complicating things too much in the kitchen.

Ingredients · Servings 3
  • 2 cooked octopus legs
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 3 fried eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Shall
  • Sweet paprika
Method · 12 min
  1. We heat oil in a frying pan to fry the potatoes. Meanwhile, we peel the potatoes and slice them.
  2. With the oil hot, we add the potatoes and wait until they brown.
  3. We remove the potatoes and add a little salt.
  4. In the same oil, fry the eggs. Add them one at a time. Using a spoon, drizzle a little oil over them so they fry evenly. Remove them, add salt, and set aside.
  5. We cut the octopus legs into thin, vertical slices.
  6. We have a tray or a large plate. We place the French fries around the edges. We place the octopus on top and add salt, olive oil, and paprika.
  7. We place the fried eggs on top and serve.

The combination of tender octopus with golden, crispy potatoes is irresistible. The fried eggs add that juicy touch that, when the yolk breaks, binds all the ingredients together and makes every bite even more delicious.

This is an ideal recipe to share at the center of the table, accompanied by good bread. With simple ingredients and easy preparation, you can create a spectacular dish that the whole family will love.
