  • Ripe red tomato
  • Golden or white onion
  • 3 bunches of parsley
  • Carrot
  • 1 handful coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Chicken legs
  • 0.5 sachet of saffron
  • 60g Pasta
  • 50 g Unsalted fresh cheese

Cover all the ingredients with water and cook for about 45 minutes. To determine if the meat is cooked through, check the cooking time.

Strain the broth and pour 4 ladles into a saucepan with the saffron, cook for about 5 minutes and then add the pasta.

To prepare the broth, you need a large pot. Add the chicken, the carrot and the peeled potato, the onion, the ripe tomato cut in half, the celery, the parsley, and a handful of coarse salt.

Meanwhile, cut the cheese and dip it into the soup!
