How to make Pink Penocha Recipe

Ingredients for Pink Penocha Recipe

2 cup Heavy Cream

1/2 cup Sugar

6 ounce White Chocolate, Chopped

1 cup Raspberries

as per your need Fresh Raspberries, For Topping

as required Raspberry Sauce, For Drizzling

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and sugar until it simmers.

STEP 2.Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate until melted.

STEP 3.In a blender, puree the raspberries and strain to remove the seeds.

STEP 4.Add the raspberry puree to the white chocolate mixture and stir well.

STEP 5.Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

STEP 6.Before serving, top with fresh raspberries and drizzle with raspberry sauce.

Cooking Tips

Make sure to strain the raspberry puree to remove any seeds for a smooth texture.
