2.4 Dirty - I saw reviews so I went to try it. When I arrived, the restaurant was very crowded, so I thought a few minor mistakes were okay because of the crowd. But...the dirtiness is something that can never be fixed. The first thing I saw was piles of dishes and two women washing them, with water everywhere. Since it's a street food place, I wanted to sit outside instead of inside. I sat outside right next to a drain, close to a tree, and it smelled strongly of urine. I ordered small baby lobsters, and when I asked to buy wet wipes, the restaurant didn't have any. How was I supposed to wipe them? So I went to Circle K to buy a box of wet wipes and lost all appetite, so I took the two lobsters home in my Circle K bag because I couldn't eat them anymore. I've eaten street food before, so I accept the lack of hygiene, but it's tolerable within reasonable limits. I once ate at 345*** a street fish hotpot which was quite good, flavorful, and dirty, but at least they had wet wipes for me to buy. NEVER COMING BACK...

2.6 Terrible service. Knowing the restaurant was busy, I arrived early, but when I got there, the staff asked how many people were in my party. Since there were only two of us, they directed us inside, refusing to let us sit outside because the table was for four. The service was condescending. The food was cheap, but the broth was mediocre. The first time I ate there, I was impressed because it was cheap, but the second time I was treated so badly, I left immediately and will never go back. Cheap food has its price, but treating customers like this will eventually lead to the restaurant closing down....

1.0 Terribly slow staff. Don't believe those online reviews. There were a lot of staff inside, and they seemed to be working frantically, but nothing seemed to be happening; it was like they were just putting on a show. Almost all the customers outside didn't get served a single item. I couldn't wait any longer and left immediately, otherwise I would have just gotten more frustrated....

1.8 First and last time. Never going back. I saw the place was crowded and saw good reviews, so I decided to check it out. The food was mediocre, and I was incredibly frustrated. Despite having so many staff, there was no organization. I had to call out to them almost 10 times, and only when I was about to leave did they finally come to take my order. It wasn't much cheaper than I expected. The broth and toppings were salty. I don't understand why it was so crowded. When it came time to pay, no one bothered to come and take my order until I yelled loudly and stood up to leave. They wouldn't even take the money when it was offered. It was a huge waste of time. In short, I tried it once and will never return, nor would I recommend it to anyone else....

1.0 Service Attitude: I ordered two hot pots of red snapper, each costing 69K. After eating, the fuel ran out, so I asked the staff for more, requesting three staff members in total, but none appeared. I reminded a tall, white-t-shirted, black-pants guy standing at the hot pot counter, who said, "I heard you," and asked me to wait a bit. I waited again. A little later, they brought the fuel but no lighter. Meanwhile, I was carrying the hot pot and my hands were hot. Then he went to get the lighter, walking slowly and calmly, without any rush, while I was carrying the hot pot and my hands were burning. I even commented, "Doing that will probably ruin my hands." After finishing our meal, my two friends and I left. As we walked out, I overheard the guy telling the staff, "See the customers off," and he even smiled. The attitude towards customers was terrible. This is the first and last time I'll be here. Goodbye, 69K hot pot restaurant...
