INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix ají panca, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, salt, pepper, cumin and oregano until you get a homogeneous sauce.
  • Coat the wings with the sauce and let them marinate for at least an hour.
  • Arrange the wings in a suitable dish and bake.
  • Halfway through cooking, baste with more sauce, turn over and add more sauce.
