Turkish pizza flatbread

- 10 flatbreads
- 300 gr rundergehakt
- 1 puntpaprika
- 1 tomaat
- 70 gr tomatenpuree
- 1 handje verse peterselie
- 2 tenen knoflook
- snufje peper en zout
- knoflooksaus (evt zelfgemaakte knoflooksaus)
- 1-2 tomaten
- 1/2 komkommer
- 2 handjes sla
- pittige Turkse rode saus
Método · 30 min
- Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden.
- Maak eventueel zelf knoflooksaus.
- Snijd de puntpaprika en tomaat in grove stukken en doe deze samen met het gehakt, de tomatenpuree, peterselie, knoflook en een snufje peper en zout in een keukenmachine. Maal dit fijn.
- Leg de flatbreads op twee bakplaten met bakpapier en smeer het gehaktmengsel dun uit over de flatbreads.
- Bak de flatbreads 10-12 minuten in de oven tot het gehakt gaar is en de randen licht krokant zijn.
- Snijd ondertussen de tomaat en komkommer in stukjes.
- Haal de flatbreads uit de oven en beleg ze met sla, tomaat en komkommer.
- Serveer met knoflooksaus en pittige Turkse rode saus. Vouw de flatbreads dubbel.

Turkish pizza flatbread
- 10 flatbreads
- 300 g ground beef
- 1 pointed bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 70 g tomato puree
- 1 handful of fresh parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Cut the pointed bell pepper and tomato into coarse pieces and put them in a food processor together with the minced meat, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Grind until finely chopped.
- Place the flatbreads on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and spread the ground meat mixture thinly over the flatbreads.
- Bake the flatbreads in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the ground meat is cooked and the edges are slightly crispy.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomato and cucumber into pieces.
- Take the flatbreads out of the oven and top them with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
- Serve with garlic sauce and spicy Turkish red sauce. Fold the flatbreads in half.
