Freshtoberfest
Freshtoberfest: Saturday, September 19th All Day: Noon-10pm Food Truck: Sea Dawgs Hot Dogs, 4:30-7:30pm Notes: Fresh hop releases combined with Ballard Brewed Oktoberfest.
- Fresh Hop Lórien Pilsner (5.0% ABV) – Our light, crispy Fresh Hop Pilsner steeped with hours-old Oregon Lórien hops. Lórien hops were developed by Indie Hops as a cross between Sterling and a German male hop. Lórien is known for its notes of wildflower, hay, lime zest, and a touch of cinnamon spice. Available on draft and in cans.
- Fresh Hop Strata Hazy IPA (6.3% ABV) – Fresh off the bine and only hours old, our Strata Fresh Hop IPA celebrates the beautiful essence of this once-a-year harvest. Strata originated at Oregon State’s Aroma Hop Breeding Program and is known for flavors of juicy tropical and stone fruits layered in with dark cannabis.
Mid-Autumn Festival
Mid-Autumn Festival: Friday, September 25th All Day: Noon-10pm Food Truck: Kaosamai Thai, 4:30-8:00pm Notes: Red envelope giveaways and mooncakes for sale while supplies last.
- Oolong Tea Lager (4.9% ABV) – Happy Mid-Autumn Festival! This beer was inspired by yum cha, the Cantonese tradition of enjoying dim sum alongside tea. We brewed a crisp rice lager with f loral and earthy oolong tea to create a refreshing food-friendly beer that pairs especially well with dumplings and rice dishes. Available on draft and in cans.
- Ube Vanilla Cream Stout (5.7% ABV) – In celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival, we drew inspiration from Ube Halaya, a traditional Filipino jam made with purple yam and vanilla. We brewed sweet ube and loads of vanilla beans into our rich cream stout, resulting in a velvety rich beer with layers of chocolate, earthy sweetness, and a smooth finish. Available on draft and in cans.
