The limited-time pizza is topped with Lou’s handcrafted wing sauce, made from a proprietary blend of homemade ranch dressing and Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. It’s built on Lou Malnati’s signature buttery, flaky crust, finished with Wisconsin mozzarella, premium all-white meat chicken, red onion and fresh parsley. The pizza’s return comes alongside a new way for football fans in two of the company’s markets to celebrate a win. Starting with the season opener on Sept. 13, Lou’s Rewards members are automatically eligible for the promotion when they order on a qualifying game day in their market: games involving Chicago’s professional football team at Chicagoland locations, and games involving Chicago’s or Arizona’s professional football team at Arizona locations. When the qualifying team wins, a reward posts to the member’s account the next day, a free medium order of wings with any $30 purchase, redeemable within seven days. The promotion spans all game days each market’s qualifying teams are scheduled to play, keeping loyalty members engaged with Lou Malnati’s throughout the football season.
