Its new Weekday Afternoon Tea Set is also one of the more accessible refined tea experiences in the area, priced at $50++ per adult and $25++ per child aged six to 12. The experience begins with a welcome glass of Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea, followed by a curated selection of savouries served directly to the table.

Expect Crab Tartlets and finger sandwiches, along with warm dishes such as Pumpkin Velouté with prawn dumplings. Guests can also choose between a seafood or chicken vol-au-vent, both encased in flaky pastry and served piping hot.

No afternoon tea is complete without freshly baked scones, and these arrive alongside a classic tiered stand of handcrafted, Asian-inspired sweets. If you’re visiting on a weekend or a public holiday, tuck into the Weekend Semi-Buffet Afternoon Tea, priced at $65++ per adult and $30++ per child. The stunning lobby is framed with plush couches where one can enjoy these tiered sets, priced at $108++ per person. Buttery, house-baked raisin scones served with clotted cream and rose petal jam share space with a medley of finger sandwiches sans crust, and a selection of sweet treats.

$20++ Peranakan high tea in a hotel Afternoon tea usually comes with a high price tag, so we were pleasantly surprised after finding out that Princess Terrace has a value-for-money Nonya High Tea at just $20++ per person, with a minimum of two diners required.

The hidden gem Peranakan restaurant is located on the ground floor of Copthorne King’s Hotel, a convenient five-minute walk from Havelock MRT Station. Available every day, from 3pm to 5pm, the set comes with handmade Nyonya kueh, assorted sandwiches, mini egg tarts, popiah, and nasi lemak, along with two hot desserts: Homemade Beancurd with Gula Melaka and a surprise Dessert of the Day.

To round off the experience, cleanse your palate with some iced kombucha and pinkies up with a selection of coffee or tea—these drinks are included in the set, too! High tea hours: Daily 3pm to 5pm

Book a table at Frasers House Singapore’s The Lobby Lounge to enjoy afternoon tea sets with unique themes, ranging from the seasons to different cultures. If you’re bringing your little ones, there’s an Afternoon Tea Experience (Children’s Edition), priced at $65++ for two children.

This high tea set includes kid-friendly bites such as Nutella Banana Sandwich, and Smoked Salmon and Winter Truffle Puff. There’s even an ice cream trolley with a rotating selection of gelato and sorbet flavours to choose from!

The adults can go for the limited-time Golden Nectar Afternoon Tea, priced at $130++ for two people on weekdays, and $140++ on weekends. Some highlights on the honey-themed high tea menu include Clover Honey-Miso Glazed Salmon and Pistachio Honey Choux Puff. Otherwise, splurge on the Heritage Royale Edition ($228++ for two people), which starts with a glass of champagne, before moving on to premium bites such as Chilli Boston Lobster Roll and Jumbo Lump Crab Salad and Sea Grape.

• 8. Anti:dote, Fairmont Singapore – Sophisticated bar in Bras Basah

Anti:dote is known best for being a cocktail bar, but the lounge also offers seasonal afternoon teas.

Typically, a set comes with sandwiches, a medley of sweet entremets, and scones served with lemon butter curd, Devonshire clotted cream, and strawberry marmalade, as well as your choice of tea from their lengthy selection. Many of the teas are from TWG, and range from light, floral brews to punchier, dark teas.

The luxurious experience is priced at $68++ per person. Do note that its themes and menu may vary. If you’re bringing the young ones along, you’ll be happy to know that Anti:dote also has a tea set for kids, priced from $34++ per child.

• 9. Ginger.Lily, Hilton Singapore – Desserts in a botanical-inspired lounge

High tea by an award-winning pastry chef

Hilton Singapore Orchard’s Ginger.Lily is all muted elegance, with botanical-inspired interiors, and an equally beautiful four-part high tea selection to match. Their afternoon tea sets change seasonally, so there’s always something new to look forward to.

The current A Botanical Afternoon Tea: From Root to Bloom ($65++ per person) features over 10 items, blending French and Japanese influences. Heading the kitchen is Chef Cindy, who has trained under Japanese wagashi masters and pastry chefs and worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs.

She was also named a 2024 ambassador for CNIEL, France’s national dairy association. With each set, you get two types of scones, served with yuzu strawberry confit, vanilla citrus confit, and clotted cream.

There are five types of premium teas available, curated Pryce Tea, including non-caffeinated options. The set comes with unlimited servings of tea and coffee!

$25++ high tea with an extensive tea list TWG Tea has a variety of tea time set menus, ranging from a simple tea and scones duo priced from $25++, to a full-on tiered tea set known as the Chic ($46++ per person).

Diners get an assortment of finger sandwiches, as well as scones and macarons. Next, enjoy a pastry from their roving trolley to complete the deal.

Over at the Marina Bay Sands outlet, there’s a Parisian Tea Time Set for Two, priced at $92++ for two diners, which includes assorted finger sandwiches, croques, and a choice of muffins, scones or pastries. Do note that the tea time menus are only available at their dine-in outlets.

Few dining locations in Singapore are as stunning as Atlas. Take your bestie there for an afternoon tea treat and be awed by the stunning art deco decor of the space, anchored by a tower of gin.

The menu is often on rotation, but you do get a mix of both sweet and savoury treats with a strong French inclination, such as quiches, tarts, madeleines, and more, with classic scones. Afternoon tea costs $68++ per person, and features a European-influenced array of sweet and savoury bites. Do note that reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance, as everything is handmade to order.

• 13. SKAI, Swissotel The Stamford – Sky-high restaurant with bay views

For afternoon tea with serious views, check out SKAI at Swissotel The Stamford.

The restaurant is located on the 70th floor of the hotel and boasts stunning panoramic views of the city with its floor-to-ceiling windows. While the restaurant’s afternoon tea switches up from time to time, most of the menu bears Japanese and Asian influences.

You can also tuck into freshly baked Raisin Scones paired with clotted cream and apple confit preserve. For drinks, choose from a range of TWG teas available, or go for a cup of coffee instead. A set is priced at $68++ per person.

• 14. Teahouse 1973 – Under-HDB cafe in Aljunied with Penang-inspired food

Affordable afternoon tea at just $22.50 per person

Transport yourself to Teahouse 1973, a quaint, cosy Malaysian-themed cafe that also serves up afternoon tea sets for two at just $45 for two people. The set comprises full-sized slices of cakes baked fresh and in-house daily, a couple of scones, and savoury sandwiches to round off the meal, as well as a pot of fruit tea.

It’s worth noting that only 12 sets are available each day, so reservations are required to ensure you get your fix. When we visited the cafe in 2022, we enjoyed the Yam, Ondeh Ondeh and Lemon cakes for their gentle sweetness and fluffy texture. While the cake flavours differ each day, with the quality on display here, we’re sure that whatever you get is going to be just as good.

• 15. The Marmalade Pantry – Popular bistro with affordable high tea sets

$29++ afternoon tea with tea-infused cakes and light bites OG cafe The Marmalade Pantry offers afternoon tea across its numerous outlets, but we definitely award bonus points to their Oasia Hotel Downtown establishment for the vibes.

The serene, blue-toned space is dotted with plush lounge seats and verdant, tropical botanicals. Swing by to enjoy their seasonal afternoon tea menus, priced at $58++ for two. Each tiered selection comes with 10 different bites, including house-made plain scones served with a medley of jams, and two pots of tea.

• 16. Angelina, Marina Bay Sands – French cafe with famous hot chocolate

Parisian-inspired high tea at MBS with mini mont blanc

Parisian cafe Angelina has a storied history dating back to 1903. Its Marina Bay Sands outlet has earned a 4.3-star rating on Google from over 1,300 reviews at the time of writing.

They currently offer a Royal Tea Set, priced at $48++ for one, or $86+ for two. Start with rich, creamy Crab Rangoon, where Alaskan crab is wrapped in crispy wonton skin and topped with homemade tartar sauce.

Then, move on to elegant French sandwiches layered with caramelised onions, cheeses and the like. The freshly baked Truffle Eggs Mimosa Croissant is another highlight, pairing buttery pastry with aromatic truffle-infused eggs.

You get a choice of hot coffee or tea included in the experience, but we recommend topping up $6++ for Angelina’s Signature Hot Chocolate, said to be rich and thick, served with a dollop of cream. High tea hours: Daily 2pm to 4:30pm

• 17. JUMBO Seafood ION Orchard – Well-loved zi char restaurant in Orchard

Mention JUMBO Seafood and chilli crab is the first thing that comes to mind, but they also serve up a wallet-friendly afternoon tea that’s worth the visit. Exclusively available at ION Orchard, the set is priced at $49++ per person for JUMBO Rewards members or $59++ for non-members.

Expect a mix of dim sum and JUMBO seafood signatures, including the Scallop Wrapped in Yam Ring and Cod Fish Steamed with Preserved Radish, which we enjoyed during our visit in 2023. Each set is also accompanied by a pot of Flower Tea and Chilled Lime Jelly with Mixed Fruits to refresh the palate.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel restaurant and bar boasts a 13-metre-long bar as its centrepiece and waterfront views of Marina Bay, as well as live piano music to accompany your teatime. Menus are themed but typically marry Asian flavours with Western influences.

Their current Strawberry Bliss Afternoon Tea, which runs till 30 June 2026, costs $68++ per person. You can look forward to strawberry-infused high tea bites, including the Cucumber Sandwich with Strawberry Crème, Seared Hokkaido Scallop with Strawberry Relish and Balsamic Pearl, and Strawberry Shortcake.

Taking place daily from 3pm to 5pm, their afternoon tea menu varies according to the season, but always comes with their house-made scones, clotted cream, and a selection of preserves. For a limited time, enjoy the Strawberry Afternoon Tea, which stars dainty pastries and savouries infused with premium Japanese and Korean strawberries.

If you’re planning a visit for a later date, check out their Mango Afternoon Tea, available from 4 May 2026. The high tea features five tiers of sweet and savoury mango creations.

You get an impressive variety of local nibbles presented in a three-tiered tingkat-inspired platter, with highlights such as Kueh Pie Tee, Dry Laksa, and Chilli Crab in Crispy Shell.
